During the Cold War the Soviet Union embarked on the greatest secret intelligence-gathering operation the world has ever (not) seen, with spy satellites, reconnaissance aircraft and undercover agents gathering information from across the globe. It drew up detailed invasion maps of the great cities of the world: New York, Paris, London… and Torbay!
Activities for all ages including a real ice rink in the grounds of the beautiful and historic Torre Abbey Museum plus live entertainment and local sourced food, drink and crafts. The annual Winter Fest Craft Fair will also be taking place in the Spanish Barn on December 5-6 and 12-13. Open from 10am to 9pm.

This will be visible from the top of Vane Tower but for a better view walk down to Haldon harbour directly at the bottom of the hill.
An exhibition of original prints inspired by the journey taken by the Mayflower 400 years ago from 40 artists. One copy of each print will be held by the Cape Cod Museum of Art in its archive to commemorate this event.
