Worried about booking in case there is another national or local lockdown which prevents you from travelling here?
We have refunded all our guests who were unable to travel due to lockdowns or they have asked us to move their dates. We will continue to do this during the pandemic for any local or national lockdowns.
We now advise guests to take out adequate travel insurance to cover themselves in the event they develop Covid-19 symptoms and are unable to come here, or have to return home and cut their holiday short. We cannot refund under those circumstances but many companies now offer insurance which will protect you in that event. It is always a good idea to have travel insurance anyway in case of the unexpected. Check the insurance company’s terms and conditions carefully to ensure Covid 19 is covered. We are not allowed to recommend individual policies but Which offer a helpful guide to the best ones.
